SUBJECT: YOU STOOD STRONG DURING ADVERSITY, GOD GOT THE GLORY & YOU GOT A PROMOTION
Daniel 3:28-30 ~ King James Version
28 Then Nebuchadnezzar spake, and said, Blessed be the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, who hath sent his angel, and delivered his servants that trusted in him, and have changed the king’s word, and yielded their bodies, that they might not serve nor worship any god, except their own God.
29 Therefore I make a decree, That every people, nation, and language, which speak any thing amiss against the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, shall be cut in pieces, and their houses shall be made a dunghill: because there is no other God that can deliver after this sort.
30 Then the king promoted Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, in the province of Babylon.
Verse 28: When you go through adversities and wait on God to deliver you it amazes people. Especially those that come against you. It also gets the attention of others that watched how you handled yourself because you said you serve the true and living God.
Verse 29: Not only did did King Nebuchadnezzar recognize the true and living God but he made a decree that anyone that didn’t serve God would be cut into pieces and their houses be turned into rubble. Look at how powerful this is! When you stand God gets the glory. When you stand others are watching and they choose to serve God.
Verse 30: When you stand strong during adversity it allows others to experience God and promotion comes to you.

Don’t get discouraged; we all go through things in life. Sometimes back to back to back it doesn’t mean anything is off or wrong. My Father; Elder S. D. Bright, Sr. would say daughter as long as you’re living troubles are coming but you stay on the Lords side.

I encourage you to stand during adversity. Yes it’s hard, yes you feel alone, yes it seems never ending. Don’t you give up keep standing.

Dig deep in your spirit and do what you need to do to refresh yourself because God is going to get the glory out of your Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego experience.

You’ve made it out of your adversity now it’s time for promotion. Promotion from God and promotion from the very ones that threw you in the pit.
