(IT) – finding a mate.

(IT) – growing  stronger in Christ.

(IT) – weight loss.

(IT) – finding a job, keeping your job, a promotion, a raise.

(IT) – financial freedom.

(IT) – discipline to fast.

(IT) – stronger relationship with mate, significant other, children, family, friends.

(IT) – discipline to study the word of God, get an understanding, and apply it.

The scripture above is one of the most quoted or referenced scriptures and one of the least applied.

To trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding is saying we will live by faith.

When we trust someone we don’t worry about them doing what they say they will do. We take them at their word because we know they will get it done.

When we trust someone we don’t worry about them hurting us. We know that they love us and they have our best interest at heart.

If we believe that a person is capable of doing this; why can’t we believe that God will do the same thing for us?

To believe this you must have faith in God and you must live by faith and surrender your mind, body, spirit, and soul to Him.

Obstacles will come your way, you will hear no more than you hear yes, people will exclude you from their group, you will be talked about; but you’ve got to ask yourself HOW BAD DO I WANT IT?

So often we think and say that we want IT but the reality is we aren’t willing to put in the work to get IT.
